From a full weekend on the mountain to a beautifully simple wedding day, Pine Crest venue packages are designed to give you the time, space, and support to celebrate your way.
The Adventure Package
$9,500
Turn your wedding weekend into a full Pine Crest experience. The Adventure Package includes everything in the Pine Crest Experience, plus a sporting clay shoot for the groomsmen and snacks and drinks waiting in the bridal suite.
The Pine Crest Package

Our most complete wedding experience, with full lodge access from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, accommodations for both wedding parties, ceremony and reception setup and takedown, tables and chairs for up to 160 guests, and an on-site venue manager.
The Classic Package

A streamlined wedding-day option with 12 hours of lodge access, getting-ready spaces for both wedding parties, ceremony and reception setup and takedown, tables and chairs for up to 160 guests, and an on-site venue manager.
The Sunday Package

A simple, budget-friendly venue option offering 12 hours of lodge access, wedding-party getting-ready spaces, ceremony and reception setup and takedown, tables and chairs for up to 160 guests, and an on-site venue manager.
Catering and Bar Options
$15/per person
A casual, crowd-friendly option featuring your choice of a taco bar or two pasta selections, one salad, and one bread choice. Ideal for a relaxed reception or rehearsal dinner with plenty of familiar favorites.
$25/per person
A classic Southern-style menu with your choice of two entrées, two sides, one salad, and one bread selection. Options include favorites like Mississippi pot roast, fried chicken, pork loin, mac and cheese, green beans, and more.
$35/per person
An elevated dinner option featuring your choice of grilled 12-ounce ribeye or grilled salmon, paired with two sides, one salad, and one bread selection. A polished choice for a more traditional wedding meal.

A simple, crowd-friendly option featuring domestic and imported beer, red and white wine, plus soft drinks, tea, and water.
$20/per person
A fuller bar experience with beer, house wines, standard spirits, mixers, and garnishes for a more complete wedding reception bar.
Day-of Coordination

Wedding-day support for couples who have handled the planning but want someone to bring the details together. Includes final timeline review, vendor coordination, ceremony and reception management, décor oversight, and hands-on support throughout the day.
Full-Service Coordination
$1,500
Comprehensive planning and coordination from beginning to end. This package provides ongoing guidance with budgeting, design, vendors, guest experience, menu and bar planning, timelines, and every major detail, culminating in complete wedding-day management.
Month-of Coordination
$1,000
A more involved coordination experience beginning approximately two to three months before the wedding. From vendor communication and detailed timelines to rehearsal coordination, layout planning, and wedding-day management, this package helps ensure the final months come together smoothly.
